The Council of Co-Owners does not have sufficient reserve funds for urgent and emergency works and repairs which requires that the Board of Directors requests that the Council of Co-Owners approve either the sale of intervals that are the Council's property or the imposition of a special assessment to pay for such work and repairs. To avoid imposing a special assessment that will require the co-owners to pay out of pocket, the Board is requesting authorization to sell intervals that are the Council's property and to deposit the proceeds of the sales into a proceeds reserve account to fund the urgent and emergency work and repairs.
